Laut PANews hat Aave am 14. Mai eine Umstrukturierung seines Bug-Bounty-Programms angekündigt und die Belohnungen über mehrere Protokoll-Subsysteme hinweg neu ausgerichtet. Die maximalen Auszahlungen für kritische Schwachstellen in Core Aave V3 und Aave V4 wurden um das Fünffache erhöht: Kritische Bugs in V3 bieten jetzt bis zu 5 Millionen US-Dollar (von 1 Million), während kritische Bugs in V4 bis zu 2,5 Millionen US-Dollar erreichen (von 500.000 US-Dollar). Das neue Bounty-Framework umfasst Core Aave V2/V3, GHO, Aave V4, Aave V3 auf Aptos und Aave App Stack, wobei die Aave DAO außerdem die Finanzierung für das Aptos-Bug-Bounty-Programm übernimmt.
