Laut Jin Ten Data stieg der US-Dollar-Index um 0,05% und schloss am 8. Mai bei 98,063. EUR/USD legte auf 1,1751 zu, nachdem es bei 1,1748 gelegen hatte, während GBP/USD auf 1,3583 nachgab, nachdem es bei 1,3593 gestanden hatte. USD/JPY kletterte auf 156,67 von 156,45, und USD/SEK stieg auf 9,2432 von 9,2339.
