I just read a fascinating interview with Dolly Singer, former head of talent at SpaceX, in the BBC documentary about Elon Musk. And man, it really changes the way you see the guy.

She describes working at SpaceX as "a Marine Corps engineering mission." It's no exaggeration. According to Singer, every day there is a double test of body and will. If you feel comfortable, it means you're not growing. It's basically the opposite of a normal corporate comfort zone.

What caught my attention the most was when she compared Elon Musk's IQ to Einstein's. That's right. Singer claims she believes Musk is smarter than Einstein. It may seem crazy at first glance, but she explains: his brain processes information a thousand times faster than ordinary people. The way he solves problems is completely different from normal thinking capacity.

This isn't just about being smart. It's about limitless ambition. Musk aims to be the greatest engineer in human history. And looking at what he's achieved in just a few decades with Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink... it's hard to completely disagree.

The team he assembled is called the "special operations force." Tasks that others consider impossible become routine there. Singer says working with Musk means learning to stay calm amid constant anxiety and challenges. The guy doesn't let the word "impossible" exist in his vocabulary.

This kind of mindset explains why he managed to bring electric cars, rockets, AI, and brain-machine interfaces to a level far ahead. While most engineers think in terms of limits, Elon Musk's IQ and obsession with seemingly impossible solutions create new realities.

The market is reacting well. Bitcoin at 67.24K with a 0.68% drop, Ethereum at 2.07K with a 0.04% increase, Dogecoin at 0.09 with a 1.71% drop. But the truth is, when you understand how Musk thinks, you understand why the future will probably be very different from what most people imagine right now.
