According to the WSJ, officials and informed sources say that Trump and his advisors are considering resuming limited military strikes against Iran while implementing a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz to break the current deadlock in peace negotiations. Officials stated that Trump might also resume full-scale bombing operations, but this possibility is considered less likely because it could further destabilize the region, and Trump himself is reluctant to become involved in a long-term military conflict.
