Hong Kong🇭🇰 has already covered the minibus with promotional slogans.

Starting April 30th, products related to electronic cigarettes and herbal cigarettes are prohibited.
It's not about smoking bans, but carrying them is illegal.
Having a cigarette cartridge in your bag is a violation, with a fixed fine of $3000 and an on-the-spot ticket, no first-time exemption.
The maximum fine for large quantities is $50000 + and a six-month jail sentence.
The Health Department sends plainclothes enforcement officers.
Prohibited items include: electronic cigarette cartridges, e-liquid, heated tobacco sticks (like IQOS),
carrying devices does not count, but having cigarette cartridges on you does.
No distinction between locals and tourists, and even for those entering the country, do not bring them.
No need to panic if you're attending the Web3 Carnival, which is from April 20-23; the ban only takes effect on the 30th.
But if you plan to stay in Hong Kong after the event, start paying attention from the 30th, and it’s recommended to dispose of them casually after the meeting on the 23rd.
