Do you remember the last cycle? Back then, you could randomly pick any token with the "DeFi" label, go all-in with your eyes closed, and still make dozens of times your investment. Look at it now... most of those projects that once claimed they would disrupt traditional finance didn’t even survive the last bear market. The market really is changing. Money is starting to flow towards hard assets like $BTC and $ETH, instead of being spread everywhere like before. It used to be a playground for retail investors competing against each other, but now institutions are in the game, and the pace of selling pressure has become much more controlled—after all, they have to look at financial reports and answer to LPs, and won’t dump impulsively like retail investors. So this bear market might not see those brutal 90% crashes anymore. A mild correction? Maybe. But a bear market will still be a bear market, just with a more "decent" way of dropping. The price of a mature market is reduced volatility—less excitement, but at least you won’t lose everything overnight... That said, is this a good thing or a bad thing?
