The South Korean Public Prosecutor's Office conducted a detention and search of the South Korean Ministry of National Defense's Defense Intelligence Command.

On December 31st, Jinshi data learned that the South Korean High-ranking Public Officials’ Crime Investigation Department (referred to as the Public Investigation Department) conducted a detention and search of the South Korean Ministry of Defense’s Defense Intelligence Command. Earlier on the 31st, the South Korean prosecutors detained and prosecuted former Defense Intelligence Command Chief Lyu Yinyu and Capital Defense Command Chief Li Zhenyu on suspicion of ‘conspiring for internal turmoil’.
