At today's State Council press briefing, Liu Guixiang, a vice-ministerial-level full-time member of the Supreme People's Court's Adjudication Committee, announced the court will research and formulate normative documents for judicial protection of artificial intelligence cases and data property rights. The court plans to improve adjudication rules covering data ownership, data transactions, and AI-generated content to support digital economy development. The move follows the court's commitment to protect market entities' lawful rights and strengthen the legal framework for emerging financial and economic cases.
