Google, VNG Launch Applied AI Lab in Vietnam on May 4

According to VNG Corporation, Google, VNG, and Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City launched an Applied AI Lab in Vietnam through Saigon AI Hub on May 4. Google Labs and AI Future Funds will provide selected teams early access to Google technologies, technical support from Google and DeepMind, and potential funding. The hub named its first 10 research teams, including groups working on early cancer detection applications.
