Gate News message, April 24 — GSR has unveiled its first multi-asset cryptocurrency exchange-traded fund, the GSR Crypto Core3 ETF, listed on NASDAQ under the ticker BESO. The fund marks the first multi-asset crypto ETF in the United States to combine active portfolio management with staking rewards generation, carrying a management fee of 1.00%.
The ETF provides exposure to three leading cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. It employs an active allocation strategy, adjusting holdings across the three assets on a weekly basis driven by research-based signals. The fund integrates staking mechanisms to generate yield from supported assets. Framework Digital Advisors LLC, a Delaware-based firm registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, serves as the registered investment adviser, with the ETF structured as a joint venture between RLH Capital LLC and GSR Strategies LLC.
GSR, traditionally recognized for market making, institutional over-the-counter trading, venture investments, and advisory services, is leveraging its crypto capital markets expertise to expand into asset management. The Core3 ETF launch reflects the firm’s strategic shift toward offering packaged investment solutions to institutional and retail participants seeking structured exposure to digital assets.
