Samsung Leads DRAM Market in Q1 2026 with 40.5% Share; Yangtze Memory Rises to 7.7%

According to CFM flash memory market data, Samsung led the global DRAM market in Q1 2026 with sales revenue of $38.214 billion and a 40.5% market share, up 98.4% quarter-over-quarter. SK Hynix ranked second with $27.925 billion in revenue and 29.6% market share, while Micron came third with $18.768 billion and 19.9% share. Yangtze Memory Technology (YMTC), also known as Changxin Storage, advanced to fourth place with $7.309 billion in revenue and a 7.7% market share, posting the highest quarter-over-quarter growth rate of 115.1%.
