According to Lookonchain monitoring, in the past 3 hours, a whale created 4 wallets and deposited 10 million USDC into Hyperliquid to long XPL.
A few days ago (possibly the same one), a whale made a large long position on the Hyperliquid platform for XPL, causing its price to surge by over 200% in just two minutes, quickly rising to $1.80. This sudden market movement not only led to a significant increase in the price of XPL but also triggered a large number of short liquidations in the market. Data shows that in the last 24 hours, the short liquidation amount for $XPL /USD contracts on Hyperliquid reached $16.57 million, while the total trading volume of XPL /USD contracts across the network surged to $347 million, a 92.11% increase compared to the previous day.
