The Central Bank and eight other departments jointly issued the "Management Measures for Special Preventive Measures against Money Laundering (Draft for Comments)".



According to news from Hash World Chain, the Central Bank of China, in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of State Security, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the State Administration for Market Regulation, has jointly released the "Management Measures for Special Preventive Measures Against Money Laundering (Draft for Public Comments)". They are now soliciting public opinions. The public can provide feedback via email, letter, or fax, with a deadline of October 5, 2025. The purpose of these measures is to regulate anti-money laundering measures, implement relevant laws, and enhance international assessment work.
