On the daily chart, the BTC is forming a bearish flag pattern. If it is broken down, the most effective support at the daily level is the previous low of 107270. If 107270 is broken, the bullish trend marked by the red box can be declared over. 107270 was originally a resistance level that failed multiple attempts to break upwards before starting a correction. At the position indicated by the yellow arrow on the right, it was the breakthrough of 107270 that provided BTC the opportunity to reach a new high.
So 107270 either should not break down, or like last time, it will fake break down and quickly recover. As long as the daily candlestick closing price is below 107270, BTC will start a significant correction.
