Wall Street pours cold water: This year's Christmas rally may be off.

Abstract generation in progress

[Coin World] The “Christmas market” at the end of the year may be doomed. In previous years, the U.S. stock market usually experiences a slow rise after Thanksgiving, and December is often one of the strongest months of the year, but this year Wall Street strategists are pouring cold water on it.

Amy Wu Silverman, head of derivatives strategy at RBC Capital Markets, said directly: It's uncertain whether the Christmas rally will come, but volatility is definitely going to rebound. She noted that bearish sentiment in the options market is increasing, with many people starting to buy downside protection.

Omar Aguilar, the CEO of Schwab Asset Management, has also sensed the risks. He mentioned that the market is currently highly differentiated—after the government shutdown turmoil, macro data is coming out very unevenly, and the leaders in various industries are also starting to rotate, which are all early signs.

To put it simply, the surface seems calm, but there are undercurrents. This year, this “Santa Claus” probably doesn't want to distribute red envelopes.

Laughing to death, Santa Claus has switched to delivering Tied Up orders this year, I would like to call this operation "Year-End Gift Package" Wall Street is all about betting on the decline, and we are still discussing when to enter a position, what a gap... Dear investors, be mentally prepared, this Christmas, the gift coins are likely filled with traps The Options market is flooded with bearish sentiment, indicating that smart money has long rug pulled, while we are still here analyzing the market The market is so severely differentiated, rotation stocks are starting to get involved, and the crypto world will also suffer, this is a rule With such fierce undercurrents, the surface stability is even more frightening, I’m starting to doubt if this Christmas rally is just this year's pitiful marketing Looking at this rhythm, rather than waiting for gift coins, it's better to learn how to survive in a Bear Market.

Volatility is about to da moon, this Christmas feast might shrink --- Put protection got liquidated, which shows the pros are not confident --- With government shutdowns and uneven data, December might just be like this, don’t think too much --- The rotation signals are out, this year-end market is indeed a bit precarious, I’ll reduce position to be safer --- There are really undercurrents, every year at this time they talk about Christmas markets, but in the end? It still depends on the macro situation --- On the surface, everything seems calm, but underneath there are knives and swords, this routine is too familiar --- The bearish sentiment in the options market can't fool anyone, gotta be cautious

Fluctuation Rebound, the Options market has already sensed it, this time it's not looking good. The industry rotation signals have emerged, and there are indeed undercurrents, who still hopes for Christmas gift coins. The surface calm can't deceive us, Wall Street's cold water splash is serious, take care of yourself. With such uneven macro data and severe market differentiation, the dividend cycle may really be over. The bearish sentiment in the Options market is the most honest, some have long been buying protection, how about you?

Oh no, this year's Christmas gift coins are out of the question, the pros have already been hoarding Market Stabilization. --- Fluctuation Rebound? To put it nicely, it means it’s about to blow up, the signals for industry rotation are already out, can't you see? --- I don’t believe the calm surface, the Options market has been screaming already. --- Wall Street plays this trick every year, just to scare away retail investors and then buy the dip themselves. --- The government shutdown turmoil isn’t over, and the macro data is all over the place, is there really someone still expecting the market at the end of December? --- Santa Claus has turned into a short positions this year, dying of laughter. --- With such strong bearish sentiment, why isn’t it falling? Something's not right. --- To be honest, Amy's words are hinting that protection should be on, but the institutions have already covered it well.

Another year for the "Santa Claus" to be unemployed, the folks on Wall Street have already been on the path to buy the dip.
