Star Entertainment Group Reshuffles Leadership As COO And Finance Chief Exit
Star Entertainment Group Limited (SGR.AX) is undergoing significant leadership restructuring as two senior executives prepare to leave their posts. The company confirmed that Group Chief Operating Officer Jeannie Mok will step down at the end of January 2026, while Group Chief Financial Officer Frank Krile is set to depart on 29 December 2025.
The departures signal a transition period for the gaming and entertainment operator. Management has initiated a search to recruit a replacement Group Chief Financial Officer, with formal announcements expected once a suitable candidate is identified through an external recruitment process.
In a move to stabilize leadership during this transition, the board has formally confirmed the appointment of Bruce Mathieson Jnr to the position of Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
