Interestingly, Aster will become the first DEX to simultaneously offer $SPACE spot and perpetual contract trading, and it also exclusively launched the SPACE/USD1 spot trading pair.

In terms of timing, the spot trading pair SPACE/USD1 opens at 12:00 on January 23 (UTC), and the perpetual contract SPACEUSDT goes live two hours later at 14:00. The entire event lasts until 14:00 on February 2, spanning nearly 11 days.

The rewards are quite substantial—totaling $150,000 worth of $ASTER plus 15.75 million $SPACE tokens. Both spot trading and perpetual contracts have a 1.5x trading weight bonus, meaning you can earn more rewards for the same trading volume. The specific distribution depends on your share of the trading fees, with perpetual and spot trading allocated according to their respective fee proportions. A single user can receive up to 3% of the total prize pool.

However, participation has a threshold—you need to hold at least 444 $ASTER (combined spot and perpetual accounts) throughout the event cycle, with the system taking random snapshots for verification. Rewards will only be distributed to users who meet both the minimum fee requirements and the holding conditions.
