National Development and Reform Commission Director Zheng Shanjie said at the press conference on the economic theme of the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress on March 6 that during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, China’s manufacturing and service industries will have over 40 trillion yuan of growth potential, with an expected annual creation of more than 10 million jobs.
