National Development and Reform Commission Director Zheng Shanjie said at the press conference on the economic theme of the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress on March 6, “During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, general high schools need to expand supply, with the construction, renovation, and expansion of 1,000 general high schools, increasing over 2 million student places.
