On February 24, 2026, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced a final determination under Section 337 regarding Certain Foreign-Fabricated Semiconductor Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof (Investigation No. 337-TA-1443). The commission did not review the initial determination (No. 66) issued by the administrative law judge on January 30, 2026, which was withdrawn by the complainant. As a result, the investigation concerning U.S. Patent No. 9,093,500 claims 7; U.S. Patent No. 9,184,300 claims 1, 5, 6; and U.S. Patent No. 9,953,900 claims 1-4, 9, 12 has been terminated.
