Gelonghui March 5 — CIFI Holdings Group (00884.HK) announced that by February 2026, the group recorded (i) contract sales (including joint ventures and associates) of approximately RMB 530 million and a contract sales area of about 54,200 square meters, (ii) an average contract sale price* of approximately RMB 10,000 per square meter, and (iii) the company’s shareholders’ equity attributable to contract sales of about RMB 230 million.

From January to February 2026, the group recorded (i) cumulative contract sales (including joint ventures and associates) of approximately RMB 1.26 billion and a contract sales area of about 125,700 square meters, (ii) an average contract sale price* of approximately RMB 10,600 per square meter, and (iii) the company’s shareholders’ equity attributable to contract sales of about RMB 560 million.
