Shanghai Stock Exchange: As of March 1st, a total of 309 companies are under review across all sectors.
According to data from the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s enterprise listing services, one new Sci-Tech Innovation Board company was accepted during this period (February 23 to March 1). As of March 1, a total of three new accepted companies have been added this year. By March 1, there are a total of 309 companies under review across all boards: 61 from the Shanghai Stock Exchange (19 on the Main Board, 42 on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board), 54 from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (18 on the Main Board, 36 on the ChiNext), and 194 from the Beijing Stock Exchange. As of March 1, six companies have been announced to have terminated review (withdrawn materials + rejected/terminated registration) in 2026: three from the Shanghai Stock Exchange (1 Main Board, 2 Sci-Tech Innovation Board), one from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext, and two from the Beijing Stock Exchange. From January 1 to March 1, 2026, four IPO companies from the Shanghai Main Board completed their listings, raising 6.428 billion yuan, with no companies in the issuance stage. Four IPO companies from the Shanghai Sci-Tech Innovation Board completed their listings (a total of 604 listed since the board opened), raising 5.603 billion yuan, with no companies in the issuance stage. One IPO company from the Shenzhen Main Board completed its listing, raising 646 million yuan, with no companies in the issuance stage. No IPO companies from the Shenzhen ChiNext have completed their listings, but one company is in the issuance stage. Eight IPO companies from the Beijing Stock Exchange completed their listings, raising 2.452 billion yuan, with three companies in the issuance stage.
