Dongpo was demoted to Huangzhou, too poor to afford meat, so he went to buy pork that locals didn't want.
He studied how to stew it, simmering slowly, using less water, and when the fire was just right, he found it delicious.
Eventually, he created Dongpo Pork, which has been passed down for a thousand years.
Yushu Coin follows this same philosophy.
While others are busy with "Moon Coins" and "Mars Coins," floating in the sky, and disappearing with a single dip,
It prefers to grow in the soil—taro, sweet potatoes, the most down-to-earth things.
Plant it, be patient, and you'll harvest.
Dig it out, wash it clean, and then you can eat.

Sweet potatoes take three months to grow in the ground before they become sweet;
Taro needs a whole autumn to become sticky.

3. Community is Land
Who plants, who harvests.
Holders are farmers,
Contributors are tillers,
Profit sharing is based on the number of hoes, not the loudness of voices.
