These days, a bunch of memes are going wild again, celebrities casually shout something, social media buzzwords flood the screens, and on-chain activity also jumps up. But I always focus on that divergence: when emotions are at an all-time high, it's easier to send yourself off as the last runner. Veteran players advise newcomers not to chase, and I believe it.
Right now, I'm doing one thing: lowering my expectations. To put it simply, I first assume it's just a passing gust, take what I can, and don't get overly emotional if I can't get anything. I will set my stop-loss before placing the order (sell immediately when the price hits, no storytelling), and keep my position small enough that it doesn't hurt to cut. When expectations are low, my hands become steadier, and it feels much easier.
