Iran responds to U.S. claims of "easing sanctions," saying it is conducting psychological market regulation

On the evening of the 20th local time, Iran’s Petroleum Ministry spokesperson Saman Ghodusi said via his personal social media account that, at present, Iran has basically no remaining crude oil stranded at sea, and there is no excess crude oil available to supply to other international markets. The remarks by U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent are purely intended to give buyers hope, provide psychological comfort, and psychologically steer the market. (CCTV News)
