Trump Announces Extension of Ceasefire with Iran
On April 22, U.S. President Trump posted on ‘Truth Social’ on the afternoon of the 21st, stating that at the request of the Chief of Staff of the Pakistan Army and the Prime Minister, the U.S. will pause military strikes against Iran and extend the ceasefire period. He also requested that Iran first propose a unified negotiation plan.
