Recently, I’ve been obsessively farming testnet points… At first, I said it was just practice, but then I naturally started to think, “They should give me some rewards,” and once that expectation set in, it’s easy to get stubborn.

My stop-loss is pretty simple: as soon as I start worrying about my ranking, getting nervous and wanting to add points, I immediately stop for the day and don’t touch it.
Honestly, this isn’t about position size, but it consumes attention faster than a liquidation.
Outside, the staking unlocks and token unlock calendars are being flipped through every day, scaring me, so I don’t want to tie myself to the storyline of “must get airdrops.”
If I could keep only one habit: if it feels wrong, just withdraw, no explanations.
