Lately, I've been a bit obsessed with earning testnet points, even though it's just practice.

I automatically assume "I must get this airdrop," once the expectation is set, I start increasing my bets, staying up late, and toughing it out.
My two very basic stop-losses are: time stop-loss and energy stop-loss—if there's no obvious progress in a week, I stop; if two consecutive days of running tasks affect my sleep, I stop.
Honestly, points aren't the same as positions, but they do amplify emotions like leverage.

Also, many on-chain data tools and tagging systems are being criticized for lag or being misleading, and I feel the same…
What looks like "smart money" might actually be a script.
Anyway, I treat it as a reference, not an instruction; no matter how beautiful the indicators are, they’re not worth sacrificing my life rhythm.
That’s all for now.
