Broadcasting and Television Network: Received the Administrative Supervision Decision Letter from Shaanxi Securities Regulatory Bureau
Broadcasting and Television Network Announcement: the company and the relevant responsible persons received a decision from the Shaanxi Securities Regulatory Bureau, namely the “Decision on Taking Corrective Measures and Issuing Administrative Regulatory Measures in the Form of Warning Letters to Han Pu and Zhang Yun for Shaanxi Broadcasting and Television Network Media ( Group ) Co., Ltd.”. After investigation, as of July 2, 2025, the cumulative amount involved in the litigation and arbitration matters occurring within the company’s continuous 12-month period was RMB 242 million, exceeding 10% of the company’s most recently audited net assets; therefore, it should have been disclosed in a timely manner. However, the company disclosed it only on December 26, 2025, which does not comply with relevant regulations. Han Pu, Chairman and General Manager, and Zhang Yun, Board Secretary, bear primary responsibility for the above-mentioned violations.
