Recently, I saw cross-chain bridges being hacked again, and a bunch of people in the group are shouting "wait for confirmation"… I actually want to pause first, and not rush to find the next opportunity. Beginners look at a project's "credibility," but I think it's enough to stop checking K-line charts for a moment and review these three things: Is the GitHub update continuous, and can a bunch of people review it, not just a sudden chunk of code shoved in; don't just look at the logo in the audit report, check if the audit scope is clearly written, and if known issues are left for "future fixes"; and also look at multi-signature upgrades—who can sign, how many keys, is there a timelock, can the rules be changed overnight. Honestly, those who can pause and take a look at these often avoid half the pitfalls. Don't pretend not to see the risks, and if you really want to buy in, don't put everything in one wallet.
