I just saw that Ehsan Yousefzadeh, the guy who led AI payments at PayPal, has moved to Kite AI as Head of Product. The guy has a pretty interesting resume: before PayPal, he worked at Amazon on same-day delivery, and previously at Uber involved in market matching algorithms. At PayPal, he was developing native AI agents for payments, which sounds quite impressive. He has a master's degree in data science from Berkeley, so he's no ordinary person. They say this will accelerate the infrastructure of the agent economy. It's interesting to see how big tech talents like Amazon and PayPal are moving toward autonomous AI projects.
