Recently, a bunch of people have been talking about data availability, ordering, and finality, sounding like academic papers, but really, just focus on one main thread: the transaction you make, who is actually "keeping the books in order," and how long it takes to be truly irreversible. Basically, where the data is stored, who can see/review it; who decides the order, and whether someone can jump the queue; whether finality takes a few minutes or several days—these three things determine if you get scammed just with a fee or if you get stuck halfway and blow up emotionally.
Airdrop season is even more ridiculous. Task platforms pretending to be anti-witchcraft, making it look like a part-time job clock-in system. Once the points system starts, degens stay up all night staring at that moment of "check-in successful"... then the chain gets congested, the order gets messy, and everyone starts complaining. Also my fault—I saw someone recently posting daily "high score strategies," so I followed them, thinking I wouldn't miss out; after two days, I realized it was all FOMO tactics + urging you to add more to your position and interact, so I unfollowed immediately to avoid getting itchy. Discipline isn’t cool, but it helps reduce losses. That’s all for now.
