KelpDAO hacker exchanges 75,700 ETH for BTC, transaction worth $175 million
ChainCatcher messages, based on on-chain analyst Ember’s monitoring, say that over the course of a day and a half, the KelpDAO hackers have basically exchanged 75,700 ETH (a total of $175 million) for BTC.
The hackers mainly used the THORChain protocol to conduct cross-chain swaps; this activity contributed $800 million in trading volume and $910,000 in platform fee revenue to THORChain.
