China, Thailand, and Vietnam jointly dismantle a transnational drug manufacturing case, arresting 41 people

The anti-drug agencies of China, Thailand, and Vietnam jointly carried out law enforcement cooperation actions, dismantling three illegal methoxyphosphinone manufacturing sites in Thailand, Vietnam, and China, which produced methoxyphosphinone and its precursor thiol-based methoxyphosphinone. They arrested 41 suspects, confiscated 6 kilograms of solid methoxyphosphinone, 65 liters of liquid, 15 kilograms of khat leaves, 5 tons of drug-making raw materials, and several drug manufacturing devices.
