Lately, people have been fixating on big on-chain transfers. Whenever an exchange’s hot/cold wallets move, they shout, “Smart money is coming/going.” I’ve seen it so much that it’s starting to annoy me… to be blunt, a lot of the time you simply can’t keep up with that explanation. So I started practicing one line: I no longer chase explanations—I accept randomness.

Using grid/DCA and a single “all-in” is basically choosing between “sleeping fine” and “being stimulated.” Winning a single trade feels amazing; losing is quick and clean, but your mind will keep replaying it: did that transfer send a signal? Grid/DCA is like stirring pudding—slower, more even, less back-and-forth fighting with yourself. And the swings, too, can help digest some of your emotions. In any case, what I care about now is whether this positioning lets me put my phone down tonight. A strategy that helps you sleep is, in the long run, more likely to truly be your own.
