I just read that the SEC has finally recognized Algorand as a legitimate digital asset, not as a security. This is huge for ALGO because it means that large institutions no longer face the regulatory uncertainty that was holding them back. The clarity brought by these SEC decisions on what truly constitutes a digital asset is what was missing. Now, big institutions will be able to enter without excuses.
