Hainan issues the first real estate registration certificate for mining rights mortgage rights
The Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Ding’an County, Hainan Province, recently handled the mortgage registration for the mining rights under Ding’an Fudong Industrial Co., Ltd., and issued the province’s first mining rights mortgage real estate registration certificate to the mortgagee, Hainan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., Ding’an Branch. This marks the official implementation of mining rights mortgage registration business in Hainan Province, a practical breakthrough in implementing the newly revised “Mineral Resources Law of the People’s Republic of China,” and a key step toward solving the financing bottleneck for mining enterprises and activating the value of mineral resource elements.
