BitMine Immersion Technologies bought 10,000 ETH from the Ethereum Foundation in an over-the-counter deal worth $23.87 million. The Ethereum Foundation said the sale will fund core operations, including protocol R&D, ecosystem development, and community grants. This is BitMine’s second direct ETH purchase from the Ethereum Foundation.
