Iran condemns the continuously escalating war crimes and threatening rhetoric by the U.S. and Israel
According to a report by Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, the Iranian Foreign Ministry issued a statement strongly condemning the continuous escalation of war crimes by the United States and Israel and threatening statements such as “blow Iran back to the ‘Stone Age’.” The Iranian Foreign Ministry stated on the 2nd that the war launched by the US and Israeli regimes against Iran has lasted 34 days, “each day revealing new levels of brutality and hostility by the aggressors towards Iran and its people.” The US and Israel “have crossed all legal, moral, and humanitarian red lines,” committing various crimes through war. The statement said that, in addition to terrorist attacks on the offices of Iran’s Supreme Leader, senior officials, and commanders, the US and Israel also attacked over 600 schools and educational centers, numerous universities and research institutions, hospitals and medical facilities, historical and cultural sites, museums, and many industrial and production centers in Iran. The Iranian Foreign Ministry pointed out that US officials, frustrated by Iran’s resistance and the failure of their “illegal objectives,” have intensified aggressive rhetoric and threats. US President Trump repeatedly threatened to attack Iran’s energy infrastructure, including remarks made on the evening of April 1st, which is clear evidence of hostility toward all Iranians. The statement said that the US threatening to blow Iran back to the “Stone Age” and destroy power plants vital to the country’s survival is a violent and illegal act aimed at intimidating civilians, violating international law, and is extremely dangerous. The statement urged the international community to take decisive action. (Xinhua News Agency)
