ChainCatcher messages, led by Aave service providers following the rsETH incident on April 18, are part of the DeFi United coordinated rescue effort, which has so far raised a total of $161.53 million (approximately 69,618 ETH). The initiative aims to help restore rsETH collateral support damaged by the Kelp DAO bridge attack and improve liquidity across multiple network markets.

Current main participants/commitments include: Aave founder Stani Kulechov personally pledging 5,000 ETH; EtherFi proposing to contribute 5,000 ETH; Lido Finance proposing to contribute up to 2,500 stETH; Golem Foundation contributing 1,000 ETH. Additionally, protocols such as Mantle, Ethena, Ink Foundation, LayerZero, Tydro, BGD Labs, and others have publicly participated or expressed support.
