Trump Hosts Mar-a-Lago Gala for Top $TRUMP Holders as Token Nears Lows
Trump is set to host 297 top $TRUMP token holders at Mar-a-Lago on Saturday for a gala tied to his second annual meme coin contest. The token closed at $2.81 when the contest ended, down from its $75 peak shortly after its January 2025 launch. The Trump family and affiliated entities have taken in more than $1 billion from crypto asset sales, including at least $336 million tied to meme-coin sales in the first half of 2025.
