Event 1: Invite Friends to Complete Their First Web3 Transaction for a Chance to Share $10,000 Prize Pool

Event 2: Invited Users Can Accumulate Up to $200 in Web3 Transactions

Event Description
- All rewards will be distributed uniformly within 14 working days (UTC) after the event ends.
- Net deposit = Total deposits during the event - Total withdrawals before reward distribution; internal transfers do not count as valid deposits.
- Net trading volume = Buy amount - Sell amount.
- Only users who have completed identity verification can participate, and each participant may only have one account to participate; sub-accounts will not be considered independent accounts for this competition. "New users" may not create multiple wallet accounts for participation with the same identity verification; existing wallet accounts will not be considered "new users" after cancellation.
- Gate reserves the right to disqualify any participants involved in fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive behavior, including but not limited to participating in the event through wash trading, improper matching, batch account registrations, or other abnormal methods. If any suspected fraudulent behavior, such as wash trading, transaction manipulation, or market manipulation, is discovered, participation qualifications and rewards will be canceled.
- Users participating in multiple events during the same period can only receive one reward, based on the highest reward available. The platform reserves the final interpretation rights of this event’s terms.
