BitMine uplists to the NYSE Main Board, expanding its share repurchase program to $4 billion

Gate News message: On April 9, BitMine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) announced that it has officially been upgraded to trade on the New York Stock Exchange’s main board, has stopped trading on NYSE American, and has authorized its stock repurchase program to expand the total authorized amount from $1 billion to $4 billion. As of April 6, 2026, BitMine holds approximately 4.8M ETH, representing 3.98% of Ethereum’s total supply, having already completed more than 79% of its “Alchemy of 5%” target. The company’s total holdings of cryptocurrencies and cash are approximately $11.4 billion, and institutional investors include Cathie Wood of ARK, Pantera, Galaxy Digital, and others.
