Tether launches open-source local AI toolkit QVAC SDK

Gate News, April 9, stablecoin issuer Tether announced the release of an open-source software development kit QVAC SDK, supporting the direct local execution of AI applications on devices without relying on cloud servers. The kit is compatible with iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms, built on QVAC Fabric from a llama.cpp fork. It supports functions such as text generation, speech processing, visual recognition, and translation, and enables peer-to-peer model distribution and delegated inference via the Holepunch protocol stack. Tether plans to add decentralized training and fine-tuning capabilities next, and to release a dedicated toolkit for robots and brain-computer interfaces.
