Polish online broker XTB's crypto business plans have been hindered due to the inability to align local regulations with the EU MiCA. The Polish president vetoed the relevant legislation twice, and regulators warned that without licenses from other EU countries, the company would lose its service eligibility. XTB is considering applying for a license in Cyprus, but this would impact its domestic marketing capabilities.
