🐱Looking at Trends: How to Understand Trends. Trend lines are divided into long-term trends and short-term trends. Long-term trends use daily, weekly, and monthly charts, while short-term trends use 5-minute, 1-hour, and 4-hour charts. Trend patterns: a bull market will consistently rise, a bear market will consistently fall, sudden surges will reach a peak and then retreat, and sudden crashes will touch the bottom and rebound. Observe trading volume; a surge in volume breaking through resistance indicates bullishness, while a surge in volume breaking down through support indicates bearishness. Important points to pay attention to include the MACD line trend, which is very useful. This mainly involves three indicators: First, the MACD operating range; bullish when above the 0 axis, bearish when below the 0 axis indicating no trend reversal. Second, a golden cross formed by the fast line and slow line indicates bullishness. Third, a death cross formed by the fast line and slow line indicates bearishness.
🐱Key points: If the daily closing price can increase, it indicates that the main force is coming in. If the closing can remain above the resistance level, then the probability of a real breakthrough is very high!
🐱Look at the volume reduction: Before a coin rises, its price has already gone through a long period of sideways trading with low volume. The longer the time, the better. Patiently wait for the main force to complete the accumulation before suddenly launching a fast upward movement, at least 3 times.
🐱Rectangle: Usually, a rectangle can be used for labeling. When it declines, there is support in that range, and if it stays long enough in that area, then this position becomes the resistance level for an upward trend. Conversely, it becomes the support level.
