The performance of ETF leveraged tokens differs from the results calculated purely based on leverage multiples. The reason is that after each price movement, the benchmark price of the leveraged tokens also changes, leading to actual rises and falls that are inconsistent with the theoretical leverage multiple rises and falls. This phenomenon is known as "decay." Therefore, in a volatile market, the performance of ETF leveraged tokens may contradict people's intuition; even if the underlying asset price rises, the price of long positions leveraged tokens may still fall; conversely, even if the underlying asset price falls, the price of short positions leveraged tokens may also fall.
