a16z general partner Ali Yahya stated that a16z has made an additional investment of $55 million in LayerZero Token ZRO, with a lock-up period of 3 years. a16z had previously invested in LayerZero, including the initial investment in March 2022 and a follow-up investment during the LayerZero Series B financing in April 2023.
