📌 Perfect ICT Signal: Short Setup

Narrative

1. Liquidity Grab Above PDHPrice moved above the PDH to hunt buy stops — this is where retail traders often place breakout buy orders.

2. Break in Market Structure (BMS)After the sweep above PDH, price dropped and made a lower high — a BMS indication (important for ICT confirmations).

3. Return to Fair Value Gap (FVG)You would look for a small Fair Value Gap (imbalance zone) on a lower timeframe (5m or 15m). If price returns to this FVG after the BMS, it gives a refined entry.

4. Entry Trigger
Go short when price retraces to FVG just under PDH.

Confirm entry using a bearish order block or shift in structure on lower timeframes.

✅ Trade Plan

1. Entry: Around 2530–2550 (upon FVG revisit or order block confirmation).

2. Stop Loss: Above recent high (~2605).

3. Take Profit Targets:
TP1: 2439 (Current support / midpoint).

4.  TP2: 2315 (Previous Day Low).

TP3 (Runner): Optional continuation towards 2275 for extended move.

⚠️ Confluences for the Setup

1.PDH liquidity sweep ✅

2. Bearish market structure ✅

3. Potential FVG/O.B. return ✅

4. RSI near 50 (neutral — allows for a directional shift) ✅

5. Volume divergence post PDH ✅
