Every operation should have its own goal.

Each mark must have its own point, whether it is for taking profit or cutting losses.
I calculated an account this morning, taking the funds of most ordinary people as an example.
We are starting with a capital of 2000 RMB,
2000——4000 doubles once
4000——8000 double twice
8000——16000 doubled three times
16000——32000 doubled four times
32000——64000 doubled five times
64000——128000 doubled six times
128,000——256,000 doubled 7 times
In other words, if you go all in every time, you need to hit the jackpot with the Golden Dog 7 times. However, as your capital increases, it becomes very difficult to find opportunities in the primary market that can accommodate your capital and also double it.

So, if you want to make hundreds of thousands with a capital of two thousand, you must have something extraordinary. When the project has not been discovered yet, you must be bold enough to take a position.

This involves two aspects:
1. Based on your past experience, how many times can your ability find a target? How many times can your luck and operations yield?

2. The primary market implies high risk, but there is a contradiction between high risk and heavy investment itself.
High risk means that it is necessary to control the risk, and a common method to control risk is to manage position costs.

According to my ability, a typical retracement occurs at three to four times, while tenfold or hundredfold returns usually happen when buying in before positive news is released, and during the rally, there is a strong sense of push.

However, buying and making a profit are two different issues. Sometimes, after you buy in, if you just hold on, it may eventually drop back to the cost price or even lead to a loss. Therefore, based on my understanding, I generally reduce my position when I have made three to four times the profit, unless there is new certainty or a strong push that far exceeds the previous cost price.

So the operations I will perform next must be based on a more accurate target. I would rather stay in cash, rather do nothing at all, than play with an uncertain asset. Because there is a saying that if you want to achieve a big result, you must believe in something, whether it is actively believing based on logic or passively being misled.

To take a step back, with an initial capital of 2000, flipping it to 200,000 only requires successfully going all in 8 times. If the understanding is in place and luck is on your side, this doesn't seem impossible.
